Benefits Highlights Book

Tower Health System

This project was a total redesign of Tower Health System’s annual employee benefits highlights book to have more of a magazine-like feel, converting their old, text-heavy 28-page document into a 52-page book. This design required the simplification of a large amount of information in visually appealing spreads. Because this book was for the entire organization, an effort was made to ensure the design represented the diversity of the workforce.
